How does the £7,500 government grant work?
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) gives English and Welsh households £7,500 towards an air source heat pump. As an MCS certified installer we submit the application for you, and the discount is applied to your quote before you pay a penny.
Will a heat pump work with my existing radiators?
Often, yes. We calculate your home's heat loss during the free survey and resize radiators only where needed. Modern heat pumps run efficiently at lower flow temperatures than older systems.
Are heat pumps noisy?
No. Modern units are comparable to a quiet fridge at typical distances, and we position every unit to comply with MCS noise standards and planning rules.
Can an ASHP also cool?
Yes, an ASHP can be run in reverse and cool your property.
Do you install air conditioning too?
Yes. We fit wall-mounted, ceiling and ducted AC systems for homes and small businesses.
How long does installation take?
Most heat pump installations are completed in one to two days. AC installs are often finished in a single day with minimal disruption.
